HVAC + Football Technician – Dragon Seats (Jacksonville, FL)

Dragon Seats is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our growing operations team in Jacksonville, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on HVAC experience who is passionate about sports and wants to be part of a company that supports elite athletes and teams across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and service HVAC systems within Dragon Seats’ climate-controlled benches and equipment
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of HVAC units to ensure optimal performance
• Support game-day operations, including setup, on-site maintenance, and breakdown of equipment at sports venues
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Communicate with operations team to coordinate schedules, logistics, and reporting
• Assist in training seasonal staff or game-day technicians as needed
• Maintain inventory of HVAC-related supplies and tools
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and safety standards

Qualifications:

• EPA Certification required; HVAC license preferred
• 3+ years of HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with portable or mobile HVAC systems a plus
• Willingness to work weekends and be part of on-site team for live events
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-profile sports environments
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
